SERVICES

WATERJET CUTTING

We are able to cut a variety of materials up to 5" thick with our OMAX 55100 waterjets. Waterjet cutting offers very high tolerance, repeatable parts with little to no thermal deflection.

MATERIAL FORMING

We offer bending and rolling of metals up to 1/4" thick. Our 150 ton press brake can handle materials up to 120" while our roll former can roll materials up to 60" in length.

WELDING

We are set up to tig and mig weld mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Welded parts are assembled in house.

SECONDARY FINISHING

In addition to fabricating your parts we also offer several secondary processes to create finished parts. We offer in house powder coating, vibratory finishing, and fiber laser engraving as added value processes for your part.

Founded in 1903 Hanover Iron Works Sheet Metal is a family owned metal fabrication company which has been serving the Cape Fear Region for five generations. By combining the time tested techniques of the the metal working trade with modern methods and machinery we are able to supply construction professionals and the local industries of Wilmington and the surrounding areas with unparalleled service and quality.
